Restaurants often ask these questions before they start. Every owner should check these things first.
Yes. RestroEngine keeps all your devices up to date at the same time. For this, it needs internet. Normal restaurant wifi is enough.
Orders and bills need internet. All devices and the kitchen stay up to date through it. So RestroEngine does not work fully without internet. If the internet stops, the app tells you at once. It connects again by itself when the internet comes back. You do not lose anything you already sent. You can still print to printers on your own network. A phone with mobile data is a good backup for the counter.
Usually not. RestroEngine works on the Android and iOS phones and tablets you already have. It also works on a normal Windows computer at the counter. It prints to the thermal printers most restaurants already have.
Yes. Add as many staff accounts as you need. It costs nothing extra. Each person signs in with their own account. So we know who did each action.
Yes. You set permissions for each role. They cover single actions. For example, cancelling orders, cancelling tables, and seeing or managing money.
Yes. Each restaurant on your account has its own menu, staff, and accounts. One credit balance works for all of them.
RestroEngine keeps a real double entry ledger. It makes statements your accountant can use right away. It does not replace your accountant. But your accountant does not need to build your year again from a big pile of bills.
Yes. Set a credit limit for each customer. Sell to them up to that limit. Get paid later. You can see the balance and full history at the counter.
Yes. Your tax number prints on the bill. You can also set tax for each item when local rules need it.
Yes. Reports, money statements, and customer credit histories export as clean PDF statements. You can share them, print them, or send them to your accountant.
