Refund policy

Credit purchases
When you buy credits in the app, Google Play or the Apple App Store sells them. Their refund rules apply. Ask for a refund in your Google or Apple account, inside the store's refund time. We refund credits you bought by bank transfer under this policy.
Unused credits
You cannot get a refund for credits you already used. You may close your account within 14 days of buying credits by bank transfer. Then we can refund the unused credits. Contact support for this. Free credits have no cash value. This does not change any refund you can get under consumer law.
If something went wrong
Maybe we charged you the wrong amount. Or maybe you bought credits and they did not arrive. Contact support. Send your support code and the Google Play or App Store order number. We will fix it.
