Sell on credit and get paid later

Set a credit limit for each customer, sell up to it, and see the balance at the counter.

First, make a customer record with a credit limit. Then you can sell to them on credit. The limit stops a regular customer from owing more than you want.

At checkout, add the customer to the order. Choose credit as the payment method, not cash or card. The balance changes at once. You see it at the counter the next time they order.

When the customer pays later, you take the payment on their account in the normal way. There is no special process. You can see the full history for each customer at any time. It shows every charge and every payment.

Many restaurants use a notebook for regular customers, staff, and company accounts. RestroEngine replaces that notebook. It keeps the balance for you. No one needs to remember it or work it out by hand.
